The Upgrading Of Chinese Clusters Under The Condition Of GVC Upgrading

After join the WTO,China has become the world's second largest economy,but China is a typical manufacturing country not a powerful manufacturing country.Europe and the United States by virtue of technology accumulated over a long period of time,occupying the technology monopoly industry space value system status,the manufacturing and processing link in the transfer to developing countries."Foxconn jump events",Beijing "haze weather" and "virtual currency Ripple" and other news events continue to challenge people's psychological limit.Domestic enterprises in the long-term status of the low-end of the global value chain is not optimistic,a part of enterprises only care for immediate benefits are not aware of the importance of industrial upgrading,can not consider the long-term development of enterprises from the strategic level.Along with the sustainable development and the concept of enterprise transformation deeply,the development path of China's manufacturing enterprises has been blind expansion transformation to the reasonable optimization of construction enterprises own resources direction.According to statistics,the manufacturing cost is in twenty percent to thirty percent is material handling consumption,so the British scholar Peter Hines will be defined as the integrated value chain value of materials transportation line.According to the gravity model we know,in two economies is broadly the same assumptions and maintain this state does not have big change,between the two economies of scale and trade their total output is proportional to,and inversely proportional to the distance between the two economies.Therefore,China should promote the regional industrial clusters competitiveness,the key target is to reduce manufacturing cost and improve regional regional total factor productivity.Study on the source of industrial competitiveness in the global value chain,explore its mechanism and upgrade path,so as to guide the enterprises to participate in the cluster cooperation actively,encourage enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities transformed from simple obligation for intrinsic motivation has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper,the core concept of global value chain,the competitiveness of regional industry clusters were defined,to explore the general path of industrial cluster upgrading customer value in the value-added process value and the importance of the global value chain.Describe the industrial economic operation in the global value chain,industrial cluster in Fujian Province as an example to analyze,finally draws the conclusion and suggestions.The Department of industrial economy is not an isolated individual,should bear the corresponding social responsibilities involved in cluster cooperation,because buyers,financial institutions,government agencies and the Department of transportation is the development and support of producers to get long survival foundation,is the special investment in these sectors are provided in the process of production and operation enterprises and concluded the contractual alliances,create enterprise sustainable development possible,to obtain a win-win situation and realize the benefit maximization of each department.
