Fuzhou as one of the three major hot spring area in our country,the hot spring resources is quality,buried shallow,with a long development history and rich culture,has good conditions for the development of spa tourism resources,with the arrival of the era of leisure tourism,Fuzhou hot spring tourism has gradually become the hot spot of tourism in Fuzhou."Fuzhou" Twelfth Five Year Plan "of tourism planning" take "hot spring" as the four brands of Fuzhou city tourism,create "hot spring capital,blessed state" of the brand image of Fuzhou city,We have saw Fuzhou City Hall department pay more attention to hot spring tourism.However,in recent years,the development of hot spring tourism in Fuzhou also appeared some problems,such as development of water quality is low,variety is single,the hot spring tourism products are homogeneity serious,no obvious characteristics,did not reflect the cultural connotation,the lack of overall consideration.However,compared with the rapid development of hot spring tourism,the research work of spa tourism is still at the starting stage.There is lack of systematic theoretical system,especially about research on hot spring tourism industry competitiveness.In this paper,combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,the article analysed the various factors that affect the competitiveness of spa tourism qualitative and design evaluation system.In the beginning of current situation of the development of domestic and international hot spring tourism industry,according to Michael Porter’s "Diamond Model" competitiveness theory,combined with the characteristics of hot spring tourism,this article analysis the influence of subjective and objective factors of spa tourism industry competitiveness,and through the questionnaire,construct the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of tourism industry.At the same time the use of dimensionless method of quantitative indicators,compared Fuzhou,Chongqing and Guangzhou three hot springs tourism industry competitiveness,try to find the gap,analysis the reason.On the basis of market demand and the domestic and foreign hot spring tourism development status,the put forward to countermeasures and suggestions about how to enhance the competitiveness of Fuzhou hot springs tourism industry.Through the concrete analysis of Fuzhou city tourism industry and comparison of three hot springs tourism industry competitiveness,this article think Fuzhou need to upgrade hot springs tourism industry from the following aspects:First,establish the concept of Big tourism,develop the spa tourism resources integrately;Second,integrate the publicity media of hot spring tourism,guide the scientific concept of consumption,Third,excavation integration of Fuzhou hot springs tourism culture connotation,strengthen the local characteristics of Fuzhou;Fourth,highlighting the advantages of Fuzhou and Taiwan,integrated into the exhibition and sports events,expand Fuzhou hot spring scale;Fifth,segment the hot spring tourism consumption market,build the city rest space.
