Research On Quality Management Of The A Aviation Weaponry Modification Project

The 21st Century is a century of quality.As users'request for quality is growing daily stricter in the current marketing environment,product quality can directly influence the reputation of an enterprise and therefore becomes the base stone of enterprise development.Quality work is gaining more and more emphasis nationwide.In the defense industry,as unique commodity,weaponry has the essential mission to guard the national security.As a result,the quality of weaponry has special request and connotation and it relates to the safety of a nation,success of warfare and lives of soldiers.Military enterprises should develop and produce weaponry with high technology and zero defect.It is the specialty and importance of aviation weaponry quality that makes the quality management very important.This paper gives an overall description of the quality management of the A aviation weaponry modification project.The quality goal is determined during the planning of the quality,and the quality responsibility is also defined.The principle and method of building the quality management system is determined during the quality assurance process.Emphasis is put on quality control of different phases and some conventional quality control diagrams,records and examples that will be needed in the quality control of the project are provided.This paper can also provide experience of quality management for other weaponry modification projects.
