Research On The Relationship Between Network Function,Conscious Knowledge Spillover And Knowledge Creation

The creation,dissemination and application of knowledge have become the main driving force to promote the progress of the society.And the role of innovation network in enterprises to maintain competitive advantage is increasing.Although the existing literatures have done a lot of research on the two areas of innovation network and knowledge spillover,but combining the two,how to play the unique function of innovation network in the realization of the knowledge resource update process,and the main innovation through knowledge spillover conscious realization of knowledge creation and other issues,is still lack of in-depth study.In summary,this paper based on the perspective of enterprises,uses empirical methods research cooperation problems of knowledge creation in the background of innovation network.The further difference is the functional characteristics of innovation networks and the location characteristics of innovation networks,discussing innovation network function how to affect the knowledge creation through conscious knowledge spillovers,in order to open the "black box" of the inner mechanism between innovation network function and knowledge creation.This research through the questionnaire survey,mainly in Liaoning,Shandong area of the cluster enterprise as the sample data sources,get 269 valid questionnaires.Ard using SPSS23.0 and AMOS22.0 as analysis tools,the data was analyzed statistically.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the network function and its four dimensions:information acquisition,mutual cooperation,structural support and resource acquisition have a significant positive impact on knowledge creation;(2)the mediating effect of conscious knowledge spillover between network function and knowledge creation;(3)the network location has a positive moderating effect on the network function and conscious knowledge spillover;(4)the network location has a positive moderating effect on the conscious knowledge spillover and knowledge creation.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The study of innovation network,knowledge spillover and knowledge creation related research focuses on the relationship that knowledge spillover is a kind of external economy.The default is a kind of unconscious behavior.There is little literature on conscious knowledge spillovers through theoretical and empirical research,which is more of a definition of the concept.Based on the perspective of enterprise,this paper discusses the impact of network function on knowledge creation from the perspective of conscious knowledge spillover,and which will enrich the relevant theories and empirical research on the knowledge spillover.(2)Existing research on innovation network and knowledge creation often focus on innovation network governance of knowledge creation and knowledge spillover effect of the two sides,which neglects the impact of network function on knowledge creation.Indeed innovation networks can effectively configure heterogeneous network of innovation resources,cooperation within the network between the main body can contribute to generate new knowledge.how innovative network capabilities for knowledge creation can supplement the existing research,From the background of innovation network go on to explore how enterprises use network functions to achieve knowledge creation can supplement the existing research,and through further empirical analysis related to the feasibility of measures in practice and business conduct collaborative innovation and knowledge creation realization of the body taken to provide a reference.On the basis of the existing research,this paper digs out the research problem from the reality.Based on the literature review,this paper puts forward the research framework and hypotheses,and introduces the variables selection and measurement and the design and recovery of the questionnaire.Then,the samples were analyzed statistically,and the effects of mediation and regulation were tested.According to the empirical results,the conclusions drawn from this study,and the problems in the study were analyzed,and the direction of the follow-up study was pointed out.
