Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tourism Administrative Law Enforcement In Shaoxing City

Shaoxing's tourism industry is considered as the sunrise industry.Shaoxing has a huge potential of tourism development and there is absolutely a need for rationalizing tourism market.From October 1,2013,The Tourism Law was formally implemented which marking the era that the law governing and promoting the tourism industry has reached.Taking this opportunity to study the problems of tourism administrative law enforcement and solutions in Shaoxing city has much practical significance.The paper firstly explains the analysis background and significance.The author reviewed the topic-related academic materials and articles from home and abroad,and then came up with the content,methods and ideas of the research.The following part is the theory of tourism administrative law enforcement,mainly to focus on the meaning,the main body,and the basis of tourism administrative law enforcement.The author intended to take the theory of administration according to law and the new public service theory as the theoretical basis of studying tourism administrative law enforcement.Then the paper presents the basic introduction of Shaoxing tourism administrative law enforcement,including the situation of Shaoxing's tourism law,the main body,the environment,the main form and the investigated problems of tourism administrative law enforcement in Shaoxing city.The SWOT(S-strength;W-Weakness;O-Opportunity;T-Threats)analysis is listed as the main part.Through the comprehensive analysis of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges for problems of tourism administrative law enforcement in Shaoxing city,certain solutions to strengthen tourism administrative law enforcement are presented.With reference to SWOT analysis,the author put forward main approaches of strengthening tourism administrative law enforcement as follows:firstly is perfecting legal system and making the law practicable;secondly perfecting tourism supervision and management system as well as innovating new methods of tourism law enforcement;thirdly is improving law enforcement personnel's quality and ability;last but not least,enhancing tourism public service and improving tourists' satisfaction is important.
