It mainly concentrates on the designing differential service module for QG silicon steel,puts forward methods and works how to carry out different module service.Firstly,the service of QG silicon steel products has been introduced,by ways of using SWOT,4P,PEST theories,market segment and target market methods,that Is to analyses service status of silicon steel products,it was proposed that due to the particularity of using silicon steel products for QG customer.It is necessary to establish differential module service in target marketThereafter,the "major client" concept in different service is proposed.The differential service is not only limited to after-sales service,but should start from product design,reflected on every aspect of designing,producing,transporting,using,after-sales service and financial settlement,and finally returning to the product design,for establishing service improvement loop control and improving the quality of service together through the interaction with parts of customers.Meanwhile,it is proposed that the differential service module should contain two kinds of classification methods,one is the degree of importance and the other according is the level of sensitivity.The specific service strategy is given for different level customersIt focuses on the major client service mode and EVI mode.It is considered from now on company should get involved in the research and development of products,and carry out improvement on specific business mode of logistics service platform,CRM,accredited technical services,distribution center,information sharing,and crisis processing,as to improving the QG service quality.Finally,it is proposed the following work should utilize information system and CRM system,and continuously push the improvement work of the differential module service.
