With the continuous development of society and more fierce market competition, the urgent task on hand is to improve the service quality. Through continuously improving the service quality, we can win clients and market, which makes the enterprise alive in a difficult period and maintain high-speed growth in a peacetime. Combining present development of these IT enterprises, using the method of theory integrating with practice and investigation and theory analysis, the essay makes a research analysis of client service quality of IT enterprises and draws a conclusion of reaching an all-directions, all-persons and all-processes improvement of client service quality relying on service-oriented corporate strategy and culture. Through empirical analysis of HD company improving his service quality, it is proved to be feasible and operative.
