The Impacts Of Land Transfer Mode And Land Scale Management On Farmers' Income:Based On Survey Data Collected In Guang Yun County

In order to change the way of agricultural development,to realize the agricultural efficiency,and to increase farmers' income,the central government clearly puts forward to deepen the rural land institutional reform,and effectively promotes rural land transfer and agricultural land moderate scale operation.However,with the continuous development of China's economy,the defects of the household contract responsibility system,the significant regional differences of the agricultural land transfer modes,the agricultural scale management and the farmers' income and other issues not only restrict the development of agricultural production in rural areas,but also affect the overall strategic layout of agricultural modernization in China.Therefore,what kind of troubles the current farmland transfer modes face?What kind of farmland transfer modes can promote the proper scale management of rural land?And how do the modes and scales of rural land affect the change of farmers' income structures?To solve the above problems and find out causes,this paper intends to start from the current classical agricultural land transfer mode,using the data from Guanyun county and Jinhu county,to compare and analyze the influence mechanism of rural land transfer modes,management scales and farmers' family income structures,so that to provide an important policy reference for promoting the standardization of rural land circulation,improving the scale management of agricultural land,and increasing the income of farmers.The first part of this paper describes the necessity and practical significance of the study of how the farmland transfer mode and the scale management of agricultural land effect the farmers' income structure,and then briefly introduces the research objectives,contents and methods of this paper.In the second part,after the main concepts and theory of the research are briefly introduced,the main contents of this study are summarized through literature review,and the propositions of the thesis are put forward.The third part is a brief description of the current situation of rural land transfer mode,the scale of rural household income structure change in rural areas of Jinhu county and Guanyun county.Then is a analysis of three aspects,including the impact of the scale of rural land transfer,the size of the transfer of rural land,the size of the transfer of rural household income structure,the impact of the scale of rural land transfer on the structure of different household income.The fourth part receives the relevant conclusions based on the former analysis,and then put forward the main problems in the process of rural land transfer in northern Jiangsu province and related policy recommendations.For different types of households,the research found that different types of rural land transfer modes have different effects on transfer scale.There are significant differences in the changes of the family income structures by effected of farmland transfer modes.The transfer scale of rural land has different effects on different types of household income structure.Finally the conclusion is:(1)In condition of lease or conveyance farmland by sign a written contract in a short transfer time with relatives or neighbors,enterprise or others,household who transfer out are willing to transfer more farmland and can make family wage income and total income increase more.(2)For transfer-in households,transferring farmland by a lease or conveyance way in a long transfer period with collectives is better for realizing scale management and increasing operating income.So,in order to solve the troubles of rural land transfer modes,to promote land scale management effectively and to increase farmer's outputs and incomes,there is a need to appropriate to improve the agricultural land transfer rent to stimulate long-term transfer of farmers,strengthen the farmers' non-agricultural vocational skills;increase farmers' employment opportunities to establish a sound social security system;solve the problem of farmers' land loss to change the link of agricultural land transfer;promote agricultural technology to improve agricultural products market price.
