Farmers should be based on rural homes and possessions into farmers' entrepreneurship major activities. And far mers' entrepreneurship can give full play to rely on agricultural resources in agricultu ral sector and industry low barriers to entry of comparative advantage. We can see that in the form of family farms farmers developed entrepreneurial activities conform to the law of rural economic development. Farmers choose this startup has important me-aning from for its own development, rural economic development of entrepreneurial.Institutional environment can change over time gradually and influence the system environment, to a great extent, determine the system environment, business environment is essentially a kind of system environment. Governments and individuals can change the institutional environment influence, so the system of entrepreneurial environment than general study of entrepreneurship environment is much more practical significance. The produce and development of the family farm is subject to specific institutional environment, mainly including land circulation system, financial system, socialized service system, etc. But the current system of family farm faces many environmental constraints. The advantages of family farm need a complete set of system arrangement service and incentive.
