Research On The Influence Of Structural Hole Cultural Heterogeneity On Information Dissemination Of Industrial Clusters

With mutual cooperation in the market, similar enterprises concentrated gradually in geographical, enterprises at various stages of the supply chain mutual communicate and exchange information and ideas on the longitudinal, gathering and forming a whole. So the transverse and longitudinal enterprises jointly formed a industrial cluster.At present, the problem of how to promote the industrial cluster internal cohesiveness and external competitiveness has become a important topic to scholars who research on industrial cluster.This paper argues that the competitiveness of industrial cluster is dependent on the information sharing,exchanges and cooperation between enterprises within the cluster.Information is a kind of productive resources. With the coming of information age and knowledge economy era.effective information communication and knowledge sharing between different between industry cluster and the cluster internal enterprises become the key to enhance their competitiveness.The development of industrial cluster closely related to the support of supply chain.During the formation and development of value chain, each enterprise depending on its own different technologies, products, markets, and factor endowments, looks for different starting points to make strategic advantage that suitable for their own situation, and they positioning itself in the whole enterprise cooperation network, and thus produces a wide range of the different areas of the supply chain and industry cluster network.As a result of development of information flow,exchanges and cooperation between enterprises in the cluster becomes more frequent, that, in turn, promote the progress of industrial cluster.On the basis of predecessors’research of industrial cluster, this paper will divideindustry cluster into condensing subgroup. The condensing subgroup consists of the same kindcompanies or different supply chains. In the cooperation and communication, different subgroup produce the structurehole that is responsible for the connection of different subgroup.in general, structural holes is a node enterprise in subgroupor individual on behalf of the enterprise. As a bridge to connect different subgroup, structural holes often hold or controlthe valuable informationfor profit.Based on the perspective of structure hole, this paper study factors that influence the spread of information, and discuss how to use structural holes to promote condensing subgroup information sharing and knowledge innovation, and promote the information cooperationof enterprises which in the upstream and downstreamsupply chain, then ultimately enhance the industrial cluster’s cohesion and competitiveness in our country.In the order of theory, models, empirical, the full text is divided into five parts:the first part is the research background, innovation points, etc. We will describe the problem from the globalperspective; the second part combed the related literature, solid the theoretical basis; the third part, we use the game model to explain the decision making process of information transmission within industrial cluster, and proposed that theformation dissemination is under the influence of many factors. Next, we subdivide the factors that affect the spread of information, while put forward the conceptual model and assumptions; in the fourth part, we verify the hypothesisthrough empirical analysis, and summarize the empirical part; the fifth part we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions, and discuss the future research direction.
