Explore The Ecological Farm Of Construction Situation And Development Program In Changsha County

Ecological farm is a new form of agriculture derived from the combination of tourism and service industry as an important development of traditional agriculture.It is important to promote the construction of new socialist countryside in China and change the agriculture from traditional to modern with industrialization, large-scale production and Industry intensity. The development of ecological agriculture in China is still in the primary stage and there are many problems need to be solved.The ecological farm in Changsha county is chosen as the object in this article and its construction situation and development are the key points. This paper used the methods of literature review and field survey, carring on the research analysis in the form of a qutionnaire survey to the market of the ecological farm in Changsha county. This article used SWOT analysis and illustrated a typical case named Green World modern farm. The results shows that the construction of Changsha county ecological farm has great resources, transportation and historical advantages. The farm in Changsha county has begun to take shape, but there are still many problems, such as poor infrastructure, talent deficiency and brand’s neglect. The article is focusing on some countermeasures with four aspects, which belongs to government (such as improve policies and increase investment funds etc.), enterprises (such as introduce talent, expand the park function etc.) consumers (such aslmprove their own quality, and consciously abide by the rules and regulations etc.)and society (such as active investment boutique farm etc.), in order to explore a more realistic development planning strategy for Changsha County ecological farm.Moreover, this article shows the direction of further research, also looks forward to the broad prospects for the development of ecological farms.
