Study On The Demand Willingness And Supply Efficiency Of The Social Service Of The New Type Agricultural Management

To construct agriculture socialization service system is the primary task of deepening the rural reform and development of rural productivity in our country. It is important that increasing the income of peasants, the development of rural economic and the modernization of the construction of agricultural. As an important service part in the agricultural social service system in our country, the service ability level of the part of new pattern agricultural social service have affected the production and life level of the modern farmers deeply. With the development of market economy and the change of production pattern in rural areas, the most concerned problem in our country at the present cooperatives stage how to expanding its agricultural socialization service, increasing the supply capacity of the service in the limited comprehensive strength of the farmers, to satisfy the growing demands of the farmers and to provide agricultural production and management of high efficiency and excellent quality and low cost of agricultural socialization service. This article embarks the survey data of the perspective of farmers and the comprehensive use of relevant theories of the agricultural economy. The analysis of the demand of agricultural socialization service for economic regions in Hunan are based on supply efficiency from the different scale and different regions of agricultural socialization service supply and demand in Hunan.The study found:First, the supply of agricultural social services has a certain deviation in Hunan. Farmers' demand for agricultural social services is different. The development speed of agricultural social service supply is far behind the pace of development of farmers' demand. The service depth is very limited. Second, the root of the deviation between the supply and demand of agricultural cooperatives in Hunan is the lack of effective demand and effective supply. Specific performance:The demand environment constraints of the farmers cooperation consciousness restrictions. Environmental supply constraints include government support and supervision weakening, internal management is not standard, lack of funds, personnel shortages.
