| Under the background of "Internet +",the enterprises facing the external environment changing,there is increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,which means the enterprises should make and perfect the development strategy scientifically,to guide the enterprises to make a healthy and rapid development.The enterprise development strategy is not only with the external environment,such as policy,economy,society and technology,at the same time,it is also closely related with the internal factors,such as the internal organization structure of the enterprise,technology innovation,human resources reserves.In this paper,the methods of the literature research,the investigation,the business strategy theory,the PEST analysis,and the SWOT analysis are used on the research of the development strategy of Northeastem University Metallurgical Technology Institute Co.Ltd(NUMTI).The paper describes the backgrounds and the significance of this research,the major domestic and foreign summaries,the paper contents and the research methods are used in this paper firstly;secondly,the paper introduces the main theories and tools which are applied herein;then the paper introduces the development status of NUMTI,including the history and current status of NUMTI,and analyzes the internal environment including the resources,capability and competitiveness,the management present situation of the enterprise,also the external macro environment,the industry environment and the main competitors are analyzed;and then through the method s of the SWOT analysis and the strategic design to analyze the development strategy of NUMTI,and on this basis,to perfect the development strategy of NUMTI,and put forward including how to adjust the management mechanism,to carry out the technical innovation,to strengthen the management of patents,to set up the guarantee system as a supporting system for the strategy implementation of the organization and management;finally,the research conclusion of the paper. |
