With the development of financial system reform in our country and Vigorous development and increasingly fierce competition in the financial markets,Commercial Banks continuously optimize the allocation of the existing credit resources n order to adapt to the change of external environment,get rid of the bondage of traditional business model and promote the stable improvement of bank value and benefits,scientific reconstruction ofcredit process is particularly important.This paper firstly summarizes the credit business process reengineering theory,briefly describes the research status at home and abroad,Introduction to the theory of microfinance and the theory foundation of the commercial bank business process reengineering.Synthetically analyzes microfinance process model of the grameen bank,the people's bank of Indonesia and credit factory pattern of china construction bank,comprehensively combs the present situation of the credit business of lanshan rural cooperative bank,firstly analyzes microfinance and the present situation of the business process,the existing problems and reasons in microfinance process,the existing problems and reasons in microfinance process from the aspects of process of risk control,process,criteria and process efficiency,etc.and than puts forward the necessity of microfinance business process optimization reengineering,from aspects of business marketing and risk control,lays the SWOT analysis on microfinance business of lanshan rural cooperative bank,establishes the targets,thoughts and contents of the credit business process reengineering.In the end,this paper proposes the corresponding measures to ensure the business process reengineering In view of the present situation in lanshan rural cooperative bank.
