Auto insurance telephone marketing,referred to as auto insurance sales,is a new type of service marketing mode in the development of the traditional telephone service infrastructure.Telemarketing business is based on telephone as the main means of communication,through the network,SMS,fax,mailing or delivery methods,marketing through special telephone number of insurance company,and the insurance company on behalf of direct customer contact,and use the automation of information management technology and professional operation platform,to complete insurance and other products promotion,consulting and the quotation,confirm the main policy conditions in the process of marketing business.Telephone sales channels as the insurance company direct customer contact channels,price transparency,customer information is true and accurate,and the business payment rate is relatively low,service quality is better than traditional channels.With the popularity of the telephone and the mobile Internet and the continuous development of consumer habits change gradually,telephone and Internet sales platform is widely favored by consumers,from the experience of Europe and other developed countries,the future of the traditional auto insurance and telemarketing insurance will be devided equally by both of them.In addition,in order to achieving their own business development and profitability objectives,the development of electrical sales channels can also provide a strong refe rence value for the future development of auto insurance and the whole industry.One is to through the management of risk screening and differences for safe driving of con sumers,to guide the driver's safe driving,reduce accident risk,improve road traffic sa fety,give full play to the premium rate leverage incentive effect,strengthen risk preve ntion beforehand,reducing the occurrence of disasters and accidents,and promote the industry to improve the quality of the insurance business.The second is to use the Int ernet platform and information system for all kinds of data collection and analysis,scr eening of factors from the people,from the car.By improving the risk screening ability,accelerate the establishment of risk identification system of the national insurance i ndustry,prevent high risk business in the dynamic flow anomaly.In order to enhance the level of risk management of the insurance industry,and promote the transformatio n and upgrading of the industry to provide data and system support.The third is to thr ough the deep maintenance of auto insurance telemarketing and sales network of cons umers,to explore its risk management needs,enhance the rate of non car insurance,r eally make sure the insurance become the basic means for the government,enterprise s and residents risk management and wealth management.PA insurance company as the first batch of the development of the business,for t he study of electrical sales in China's development process,the problems and the dire ction of development has a good reference.This paper is based on the reform of the b ackground of commercial vehicle rate,with the enterprise strategic management and marketing strategy theory,in order to casualty electronic marketing channel marketin g situation as the starting point of the study,using the SWOT analysis method and ma trix model of safe telephone marketing's internal strengths and weaknesses,external o pportunities and threats analysis,explore the existing problems of the development of electricity sales,to explore the future development direction of telephone marketing a nd marketing strategy,it is expected to be the future development direction of electric marketing.
