| Supply chain finance is a financial innovation of commercial bank financing of small and medium enterprises,commercial banks will be a new financing mode of core enterprises and downstream enterprises closely linked by flexible financial products.With the continuous development and progress of the information economy and the supplier of enterprise,the traditional commercial bank supply chain finance because of complex and cumbersome approval procedures and other defects has been difficult to adapt to the pace of development more compact and modern business enterprise,the traditional line of supply chain finance operation mode of overall efficiency is still relatively low,it is difficult to complete to solve the fundamental problems of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,so the commercial banks by the line of supply chain finance model shift to online supply chain finance operation mode is the future trend of development of the financial times.Based on the analysis of current situation of supply chain finance development and development trend at home and abroad,that the mode of operation of commercial banks online supply chain finance is the inevitable trend of the development of market economy,but also to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,only to improve the development of financial supply chain type.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of Ping An Bank Online supply chain finance model,to model line Ping An Bank in the supply chain procurement freedom loan as the main mode of operation research,the collaborative operation structure,operation and support system and product line of supply chain finance three different financing operation mode to carry on the analysis a comprehensive system,and also analyzes the "peace deal linkage between the bank and the Haier group procurement freedom loan in this mode of operation.This is the first line of innovation and development of the supply chain finance Ping An bank confirming warehouse business model,through the analysis of the procurement freedom loan online supply chain business model can be seen that the supply chain operation mode of this line in addition to the basic features of confirming warehouse mode,can also provide credit for dealers,to achieve online transactions between the bank and the enterprise fast,more unimpeded close to customer needs,win-win for parties involved in the supply chain.This paper argues that the procurement freedom loan in addition to the basic features of the confirming warehouse business outside,it can provide credit for dealers,between the bank and the enterprise transactions are conducted online,moreclose to the needs of customers,win-win for all parties involved in the supply chain.However,after seeing the procurement freedom loan business model to reduce financing cost,improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain and the level of financial services advantages,we should pay attention to avoid the customer online false trading,the potential problems of all parties in the supply chain coordination and operation risk etc..Finally,this paper hopes to Ping An Bank to carry out online supply chain finance in the customer experience,online supply chain collaboration,online supply chain finance platform and operational risk prevention and other aspects of the act,given other domestic commercial banks to develop online supply chain financial implications.And in view of the problems that may arise in the development of the online supply chain finance business,the paper puts forward some suggestions in the aspects of technology,product innovation,platform construction and supervision. |
