Research On Accounting Business Process Re-engineering Under The ERP Environment

With the increasingly fierce market competition,the complex market environment make the enterprise faced with all kinds of problems.The original enterprise management mode,management idea are challenged,looking for solutions to the problem of enterprise internal management became entrepreneurs need to think about the problems.Development of science and technology to promote social productivity improvements,advanced productivity for enterprise brings new management tools and management thinking.Since the 1990 s,ERP theory was formed and adopted,which combined advanced information technology and management ideas,aiming to improve business processes,enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness of enterprises,become a kind of management pattern of modern enterprises.With the continuous development of ERP,many enterprises in our country also started to use the ERP system.According to a survey of the use of ERP in Chinese enterprises,many enterprises in the process of using ERP did not get rid of the shackles of the as-is process,not established effective integration with the ERP business processes,and reduces the effect of ERP.Investigate its reason,is mainly due to the enterprise to the understanding of the business process reengineering is not thorough,does not pay attention to the business process reengineering,especially the accounting process reengineering in the important role of ERP implementation.ERP can play its superiority,depends to a large extent,whether enterprises to implement ERP provides a good runtime environment.Therefore,the implementation of ERP system needs to be adapted to the actual situation of each enterprise,through to the enterprise business process reengineering and optimization,to achieve a good integration with ERP,in order to exert the advantages of ERP system,to bring the enterprise management changes.This study based on the ongoing accounting business process optimization in H Company combines the theoretical analysis and case study.In the first half through theoretical analysis discusses the necessity of information technology on accounting process reengineering and influence;after half part to H Company as an example,selects procurement process,inventory management process,payment process,description basic statistics on each process.Combined with the ERP system to optimize the accounting business processes,and specific process optimization scheme is put forward.The study is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction part,elaborated the research background,research purpose and meaning,this paper introduces the basic framework,the article summarizes the research design methods and innovations.The second chapter is literature review,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the business process reengineering(BPR),and the research achievements of ERP,and illustrates the relationship between BPR and ERP,BPR and the relationship between the accounting business processes.The third chapter is theoretical basis.More detailed introduces the accounting process reengineering theory,core and the theory of ERP management thought,and the impact of ERP on accounting information technology.The fourth chapter is introduction and analysis of the case.H company business process inefficient performance,achieve the goal of accounting business process,and the choice of business process optimization method,and based on the H company characteristics put forward the concrete implementing scheme.The fifth chapter is the accounting business process optimization and implementation process,the analysis of existing potential obstacles,and puts forward the enterprises need to continuously improve.The sixth chapter is conclusion and revelation part of this article.The conclusion part,the author shows the H Company's implementation of the quality of the accounting business process optimization effect.In the enlightenment part emphasized the management role in the accounting process reengineering process.
