With the continuous improvement of the equipment in the degree of large-scale and complexity, equipment maintenance management of enterprises is required higher and higher, and maintenance decisions are more and more complex. Excessive or insufficient equipment maintenance, especially unreasonable maintenance mode of some important equipment, will cause a huge waste of enterprise's maintenance resources. Selecting reasonable maintenance mode for different equipment could be an effective solution to this problem. The reliability could be improved and maintenance cost could be cut down with this method. Maintenance mode selection, decision-making process for complex maintenance decision problems of condition-based maintenance, optimization of maintenance time, and the corresponding spare parts management strategies are researched in this paper.First, the influencing factors are analyzed, and the method of equipment criticality evaluating is described. Equipment is classified according to the criticality. And then maintenance mode selection process is studied.Then, to solve complex decision problem of CBM, collaborative condition-based maintenance (CBM) decision-making process based on network is studied. Decision subjects, main decision problems and decision-making process of web-based collaborative CBM are analyzed. Collaborative maintenance decision framework model based on decision center is constructed, and the specific web-based collaborative maintenance decision process is analyzed. Selection decision and compromise decision process for unstructured decision problems are given. Optimization of condition-based maintenance time is studied. An optimization model is proposed with maintenance costs as the objective function and reliability as constraint.Third, ABC classification combined with maintenance mode classification of spare parts is proposed. CPFR inventory management mode for A,B planning maintenance spare parts is mainly studied. Its application process, joint forecasting process are analyzed. Collaborative replenishment policy is studied, and the best replenishment quantity of spare parts supplier is obtained according to result of joint forecasting. Traditional inventory management mode for C planning maintenance spare parts is analyzed, and its best replenishment cycle and quantity are obtained.Finally, application process of maintenance mode selection, maintenance policy optimization and spare parts inventory decision in maintenance management of locomotives parts is introduced.
