Ping An insurance (Group) company limited by Share,Ltd of China was established in 1988 in Shenzhen,and in May 27 th of the same year,officially started for it's business.It's the country's first foreign shares of the national nature of the joint-stock insurance company.Since the establishment of the company,Ping An insurance business has developed rapidly,has achieved remarkable results,it is indeed an example of the insurance industry.But at the same time,along with the rapid expansion of business scale,Ping An insurance company of human resources management appear serious problems and defects in the system of human resource management in the company's human resources is very difficult,the grass-roots level in the municipal branch is especially obvious.The insurance industry as technical knowledge and both intelligence intensive industry,human resource is core competitiveness of insurance companies,talent is promoting the insurance business,enterprise development and expansion of the most important factors,is the insurance company in the competition could survive the decisive factor of.Ping An insurance as the insurance industry giants and bench marking enterprise,its human resource management is even more important.Performance management as the core content of human resource management system.Current basic insurance system still learning "run a single business to a single bonus" old performance appraisal management mode,although in recent years,the establishment of a new primary insurance company of human is mainly responsible for people in terms of performance management made a series of exploration,but due to the limited number of scale,cost,area and power,performance management is still a lack of systematic and scientific.In this paper,the author according to the problems which existed in the performance management of company resource base of Ping An insurance company of municipal branch,in reference to the basis of domestic and foreign famous resource performance management theory,of Ping An insurance company of HD sub company performance management actual situation to carry on the investigation study.Put forward the existing problems of performance management,and reconstruct the performance management system,and put forward some measures and suggestions for the reform.Hope to provide some reference value for the development and management of China's insurance industry performance,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China's Insurance companies.
