This thesis takes the status of H Supermarket as an example,using the theory of strategic management and brand management to analysis its choice and implement,and we come to a conclusion that the SO strategy is suitable.Then,we analysis the experiences and lessons of developing private brand strategy of famous supermarkets abroad,and sum up the inspiration that we need to control quality form scale efficiency build professional team and create good corporate image.Also,we come up with the specific measures of developing H supermarket's private brand strategy to maintain the implement.At last,we analysis the necessity of capital teamwork organization design and good corporate image.We hope that,this thesis' s analysis could provide references of developing private brand strategy to H supermarket,and at the same time,provide references to other internal supermarkets.
