This thesis discussed the brand strategy of Inner Mogolia Unicom, by using marketing theories. The competitive epoch is coming, The circumstances of the brand of Inner Mogolia Unicom, The future project of the branch corporation. The analysis of NEW POWER and CDMA in the branch corporation. The future project of Inner Mogolia Unicom., This thesis begins with the importance of the brand research then The future project of Inner Mogolia Unicom. And The branch corporation, It focus on the strategy research of the first customer brand NEW POWER and CDMA, This research discussed competitive environment of brand research, analyzed it by using such methods of SWOT analysis, and Portfolio analysis. Aiming at the characters of mobile telecom competitive environment, this research put forward three strategic projects. The first project is to reengineering the branch brand, The second project is the brand strategy of NEW POWER, The third project is the brand strategy of CDMA, After evaluating the three projects by suitability and acceptability, analyzing the projects with the true data and feasible logic, the projects were confirmed acceptable.
