The Research On The Application Of QFD New Product Development Model In The Electronic Enterprise

With the rapid development of globalization and the science and technology,more and more electronic products have join into the competition of the whole world,Electronic enterprises has begun to face greater challenges.Practice has proved: higher customer satisfaction,more efficient new product development(NPD)is the key to win in the competition.Combined with the analysis of current situation of the development of electronic enterprise,how to choose the suitable enterprise model of new product development and how to improve the success rate of new product development has become the problem of the enterprise must be solved.This article is from the perspective of customer demand driven,Combined with the current situation and main problems of new product development in the electronic enterprise,Using QFD new product development model and the quality of housing technology and other related theories.This paper mainly introduces the practice of quality management in product design and planning.This article is in order to introduce the QFD technology in the new product development project in the electronic enterprise,and explore the practical work of the quality management.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of QFD in the new product development project.New product development is a systematic project,the application of QFD method will work through the whole process of new product development.Using a variety of forms of user cooperation will greatly reduce the difficulty of new product marketing and find more potential needs of user.Enterprises should build a virtuous cycle of new product development,in order to promote the development of new products to achieve large-scale production.
