In recent years,the real estate industry develops fast,but the management level of the whole industry is generally low and is not commensurate with its leading position in the domestic economy.In particular,with inefficient management,some small businesses are lack of core competence.With tougher market competitions and higher risks,the managers gradually realize that the market competition chiefly lies in management level and human recourses.Therefore,well-organized system of performance management and powerful human recourses are significant for companies.REN HE XIAN JU Company,a medium-sized private enterprise,used to develop fast and smoothly,yet recently its growth has been blocked.Performance management was put in to adapt to market competition by the company,but the effects were not obvious.There are still some problems,such as imperfect and unspecified performance management system,formalized assessment process,ignoring the feedback of assessment result and its application and so on.Therefore,it must perfect the performance management of employees.Based on the investigation of current situation of management,the essay will deeply analyze the problems and disadvantages of its performance management system,and will also propose improvement scheme.Its goals are the effective motivation for the employees and the improvement of company management and the promotion of strategic realization;its principles are strategic orientation,joint participation,enhanced motivation,promotion of performance and easy execution.Its method is to establish the company strategy and to employ integrated target management and key performance indicators as performance management tool.The whole employees of the company are included in the assessment object and are divided into three levels: company managers,department head and common staff.It carries out supervisor evaluation.In design of evaluation index,the company strategy and target are gradually decomposed:company managers are judged by key performance indicators,the common staff by target tasks,and the department heads are between them.The assessment procedure is in accordance with the signing of a written document,the collection of information,assessment scoring,performance feedback and the application of results.Annual,quarterly and monthly checks are implemented among company managers,departmenthead and common staff.At last,according with the implementation of performance management improvement program,the essay promotes concrete suggestions and safeguard measures in the respects of building well performance culture,striving for the support of the managers of the company and improving the support of other management system.By research and accurate grasp of the defects of performance management system in REN HE XIAN JU Company,the essay formulates an improvement program of performance management which is based on the strategic target of the company and can adapt to modern enterprise management and market competition.It helps to regulate the operation and management of the company,and to improve its the management level and market competitiveness.And it also makes sure the realization of the target of the company.At the meantime,the essay will provide references in implementing performance management for the company in some fields.
