Baosteel Steel Export Logistics Structure Optimization Design

Along with the over capacity of Chinese steel industry,the poor steel market of domestic cause the heavier pressure for exporting. For each steel industry corporation, earning profits through exporting is the basic idea to survive, and to optimize the logistic structure and lower down the cost is the only way can go.In this article, take the steel products export situation and export logistic structure as example, further research have been done for existing problems in export logistic structure of Baotou Steel Group, and the reason of causing cost raise. The main ideas of how to optimize the export logistic structure have been presented:At the same time the nature condition and facility condition has been compared in the article. According to the different kind of steel products and the condition of the port, suggestion has been given that which kind of product is fit for which port.This article mentioned the main problem exist in export logistic structure and give optimizing ideas. What’s more is it make general instruction for effects after optimizing and fond a basic theory for increasing exporting amount of steel products which could lower down logistic cost, increase enterprise profits, make the enterprise survive.
