With the global financial crisis on China's economic development and the second industry overcapacity led to profound change in the business environment. In order to survival and development, more and more companies active or passive on the path of business transformation, the purpose is to through the radical change the nature of the core business and content, to promote their comprehensive transformation and regeneration, so as to keep in coordination with the changed environment. In this paper, based on a large number of references, along the main line of "analysis of the motivation of enterprise transformation-the choice of transformation path-the implementation of transformation process" and then analyzes the reasons why the enterprises should be transformed and how to transformed. This paper chooses the transformation of Inner Mongolia Xishui Venture Co., Ltd., as a case study. It can be found that the industry is in recession, lack of strong development potential, Xishui business enterprise have to choose business transformation. Then the paper validates the transformation effect by analyzing and appraising the performance of Xishui before and after the transformation. Although there are some discussion on the causes of enterprise transformation, the selection of enterprise transformation path and the evaluation of the performance of enterprises before and after the transformation are lack of in-depth discussion. The paper through a case study of Xishui, constructing the enterprise transformation motivation, path, performance system under specific environment. It provides some practical inspiration to other Chinese enterprises how to choose transformation path and transformation performance.
