The Construction Of A Modern Logistics System For Tobacco Commercial Enterprises

The establishment of modern logistics system in tobacco commercial enterprises has a great realistic significance and long-term value in terms of improving the competitiveness and achieving the sustainable development of the whole industry. Currently, tobacco commercial enterprises have the basis for the establishment of modern logistics system, but how to establish the system is still not quite clear. The thesis looks into this topic closely with an example of Inner Mongolian Tobacco Company.The thesis firstly introduces relative concepts on logistics, the trends of development and competitive landscape of logistics industry in China. It describes the development status of logistics in tobacco business and the problems that exists, analyses the cause of the problems, and brings up the research topic.Next, it analyses the necessity and viability of the establishment of modern logistics system for tobacco commercial enterprises.Thirdly, the thesis discusses the development direction and the basic conditions regarding the modern logistics system build-up.In the fourth part, it explores the development status of tobacco logistics construction in Inner Mongolia, and initially discusses ideas of development in this region.Lastly, two detailed suggestions in operation are brought up in regards to the modern logistics system construction for tobacco commercial enterprises.
