| Over the past decade, the development of logistics industry in China has been becoming one of the most popular economic development between and among the business circle, government and theoretical research institute. At the same time, as the global economy gradually deepening into the integration process, and the international logistics companies have to enter the Chinese market, the logistics industry has become increasingly fierce competition. how to establish the strategic positioning to adjust enterprise development direction and adapt to the market trend has become a big problem in the Logistics Enterprise. This paper concentrate on the establishment of the China’s Sinotrans Hunan Company’s logistics development strategy to have a further research, the main objective is to make the company a long-termã€stableã€healthy development.The article first introduces the relevant modern logistics theory and strategic management theory, and then according to the strategic development of methods and principles of the theory to analyse and evaluate the China’s Sinotrans Hunan company’s external environment, including macro-environmental analysis, the development of logistics industry in Hunan province, and Hunan logistics market demand analysis and analysis of competition situation. And then, to analyse and appraise the China’s Sinotrans Hunan Company’s internal resources, including the company’s organizational structure, human resources, financial situation, and mainly focus on the company’s existing logistics business development. Finally, the application of SWOT analysis to determine the development of China Sinotrans Hunan Company should take a growth-oriented development strategy, and put forward protection measures to implement the strategy, including the acquisition of Changsha harbor to enhance competitiveness; to enhance customer relationship management; to make the integration of resources in the existing logistics business; to carry out the development of human resources and corporate culture-building. |
