Research On The Operating Cost Control Of Family Farm In Heyuan

Found that family farms,can increase the income of farmers,and further speed up the settlement of China′s three rural issues,in our country has been a consensus.The concept of family farm was first proposed by the Central Committee of China in 2013,encourage and support the contracted land to professional large 、 family farms 、 farmers′cooperatives transfer.Family farm has become the inevitable trend of China′s development.But,at present,China′s domestic farm is still in the exploratory stage,there are still many problems in the management of the operating cost.Based on in-depth analysis of the theory of family farm management cost management,taking He Yuan city as an example,through investigation,analysis of the current situation of family farm management cost management,it is found that the problems are as follows:(1)Before the budget is ineffective,and afterwards analysis is not in place;(2)Cost accounting is not standardized;(3)Lack of scientific cost management methods;(4)Cost consciousness desalination;(5)Agricultural asset management confusion.Aiming at these problems,this article from the family farm to strengthen the cost of budget and budget management,strengthen cost control and management,improve the land transfer system,increasing planting area,raising farmers cost control awareness,improve staff quality,encourage the support of a variety of business models and social service system,to strengthen the construction of farm internal control,encourage family farms to develop leisure agriculture and other aspects of the proposed measures.The research method of combining empirical analysis and normative analysis,by using quantitative and qualitative analysis,dynamic analysis on the management of the management cost in the process of the growth of the family farm.Combining the cost management and the cost control process of the family farm,and to match the growth process of the family farm,find out the problems in the cost management of the family farm,and put forward some reasonable suggestions.
