Research On The Centralized Funds Management Of YS Company

With the rapid development of China's economy,the national economy has entered a new stage of steady growth,promoted reform and risk prevention,here comes the high-cost epoch has brought more serious financial pressure to enterprises,and funds management has become increasingly important.Under the background of the new era,how to exert the funds scale advantage and enhance the resource synergy effect of group enterprises has become an important factor to measure the comprehensive strength of modern enterprises.Centralized management of funds as a scientific way of funds management,plays a powerful role in optimizing the allocation of funds,reducing capital costs and preventing capital risks,therefore,the implementation and continuous optimization of centralized funds management is an inevitable way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,the research object of YS company began to implement separated revenue and expenditure centralized management of funds since 2012,after three years of operation,it has achieved certain effect,but it still has problems in process setting,execution efficiency,information-based construction,system safeguard and other aspects,there is still much promotion space for centralized management of funds,therefore,it is necessary to research the centralized management of funds of YS company and make recommendations for improvement.Based on the review of theories on centralized management of funds,this paper made a detailed analysis on the status of centralized management of funds of YS company.Through the questionnaire survey and data research,this paper analyzed the weakness and reasons of YS company funds centralized management.In view of the problems in the centralized management of funds of YS company,this paper designed the optimization program and supporting measures.Without changing the existing centralized management model of separated revenue and expenditure,through the following aspects to improve the problems,such as improve the system of fund management,standardize business processes income and expenses,optimizing the plan management of funds,strengthening supervision and examination and other aspects.Through analysis the effects of the implementation of optimizer scheme,the improvement program can effectively solve the existing problems in the centralized management of funds of YS company,to an extent promote the YS company funds centralized management,and enhance the value of the company.
