The scientific and reasonable salary system not only can stimulate the employee's strong desire to work, so that employees can work in the work, but also pay no more than simply the recognition and reward of the company's employees. Therefore, the establishment of a multi-position and win-win, satisfaction with the pay system is very important for the development of the company, the company should pay attention.In this paper, based on the research of many scholars, we combined with the management practice of enterprises, combined with the status quo of network information service industry compensation and Zhengzhou Computer Co., Ltd., to find out the problems of the company's compensation system. In this paper, we focus on the management of personnel, sales personnel, technology and support staff to optimize the compensation system,to help Zhengzhou Computer Co., Ltd. to improve the level of compensation management,prompting the company to compete in the same industry to stand in its remuneration advantages, to attract more talents for the company.Through the research of this paper, we can see that the main problems of Zhengzhou Computer Co., Ltd., the main problems of the compensation management, compensation management, compensation is not competitive, the compensation structure is unreasonable,the compensation and performance appraisal system is not high, the compensation management system is not perfect, the five aspects of good. In view of these problems, this paper has carried on the new design to the salary management system from two aspects: basic salary and welfare pay. At the same time, in order to ensure the new salary management system can effectively run, this paper also from the optimization of the assessment management system, the establishment of enterprise salary management culture, rich in the form of the existing salary incentive to put forward suggestions and measures in three aspects.Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide some reference for the optimization of the compensation system of Zhengzhou Computer Co., ltd..
