With the rapid development of market economy, especially with thepromotion of the M&A tide, enterprise groups have swiftly spread all overour country. So far there have developed a lot of enterprise groups withcertain scale and good prospect. Meanwhile, a lot of problems have appeared,among them, the problem that financial management system does not meetthe needs of financial management activities is most prominent. Therefore, itis very important to study the financial management system of enterprisegroup with its influence factor, combine the real situation of currentdevelopment, explore a scientific financial management system.What this thesis researches is about the financial management system ofenterprise group, it tries to put forward a series of suitable proposition for thefinancial management system of Chinese enterprise groups. It expounds the current situation of this problem.The second part is a general introduction to the enterprise group andfinancial management system, Which includes the definition of enterprisegroup and its financial management system, the difference between financialmanagement system and other relevant concept, the introductions of severaltypes of basic financial management system modes. The influencing factorsto the financial management system of enterprise group.The third part pays attention-to the current situation of the financialmanagement system of China's enterprise groups. Through a retrospect of thehistorical evolution and the investigations of the current situation, then findout the existing problems of the financial management system. The problemsare mainly involved with three aspects as the organization and decisionsystem, the financial control system, obligation and incentive mechanism.The fourth part deals with the principal and method for the financialmanagement system, and the choice of several financial management styles.The fifth part is the key part of this thesis. This part puts forward somecountermeasures to improve the financial management system of enterprisegroup.
