A Research On The Establishment Of Quality System Of Xinrui Fire-Engineering Co., Ltd.

The competition method has been changed as the government regulating in the estate market. Fire-engineering company step out from local market and join the competition of the whole country to find new profit increasing point which will lead the market reforming:knock out some company which has no good quality and bad cost control. The Sichuan Xinrui Fire-engineering company is a company based on Nanchong city. And it will face to this kind of change. The problem that how to provide better quality of the engineering and control the cost is the biggest problem.This paper analysis and evaluate the existing quality management system of Sichuan Xinrui company. Finds out the shortage of existing quality management system after the analysis of the characteristics of construction industry and the internal situation of company, based on the requirements of ISO9001 and GB/T50430 standard, using the eight principles of the standards especially the process approach and relationship management.And after the analysis of the shortage of existing quality management system, combining the effective of internal and external situation, this paper provides the based principles of quality management system re-building in Sichuan-Xinrui. Based on these principles we have a new quality management system after the analysis of the re-building method.Finally, this paper analysis the problem which found in the running of the new quality management system and provides the solution based on the PDCA principles.Hope this paper can improve the quality of services of Sichuan-Xinrui and provides some suggestion to the quality management system building in the construction industry company of China.
