| With the development of global economy and market demand, the production mode of Make-to-Stock can’t meet the customer demand for product diversity. Instead of, the production mode of Make-to-Order become main trend of manufacturing. Workshop planning scheduling is to ensure that the enterprise manufactures product smoothly and efficiently, is a problem that production operation manager of enterprise must solve. Under such a background, this article chooses discrete manufacturing enterprise whose production mode is Make-to-Order as the research object, making a research on its production planning scheduling method.This article analysis the demand of order planning and scheduling system from the production environment Make-to-Order enterprise faced firstly and then introduces the planning system, describing the details of each hierarchy. By the idea of order priority and product scheduling, the article puts forward the order planning and scheduling system and introduces the basic working process in details.In order to determine the order priority, the paper proposes the principle of determining the evaluation index of the order priority. Based on these principles, from the order cost performance, order emergency degree, order customer importance three dimensions, the evaluation index system of the order priority is built well. Then the approach of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) is employed to ensure the order priority. Then the paper validates its effectiveness by an example, the result shows that the method is practical and effective.In order to determine product scheduling, the paper researches on the product processing sequence which belongs the intended order. The concept of “Virtue Product” is proposed to convert the problem to Job shop scheduling problem(JSSP). At the fundamental of mathematical symbol, the model is established to minimize the material and product inventory and obtains the processing and procurement planning. A Teaching-Learning Based Optimization algorithm is developed to solve the problem. The effectiveness and practical is validated by experimental example.Finally, the order planning and scheduling prototype system is designed and achieved using the Matlab programming language. The user interface and function are presented through the order of Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant CO. LTD. |
