| Make to order (MTO) as an advanced mode of production and sales has been widely promoted and used in the automotive industry. Based on MTO, the customer satisfaction can be improved, the inventory capital stock of manufacturer and franchiser can be reduced and the risk rising from the overstock of car can be avoided. Under MTO modal, customer orders arrive with strong uncertainty.
