Since year 2010 more and more product quality issues were exposed to market in the context of complexity of products soaring?much more severe use environment of products and much higher requirements on the products and service due to fierce market competition, which made huge profit loss in Corporation A when the income statement was released at the end of each fiscal year, meanwhile, the accumulated engineering experience was not systematically summarized and leveraged in the organization along with the successful trouble-shooting of specific quality cases. To reduce the non-quality cost ratio and provide the fundamental fact and data for the decision making concerning the continuous improvement of product design ? industrial process ? manufacturing process and management process, An optimization of current business process has been put on agenda, which would hopefully get higher customer satisfaction and lay a solid and systematical foundation to achieve an excellent performance management level in Corporation A.In this thesis the brainstorming methodology was used to analyze the quality data of the warranty return in aftermarket in Corporation A, and it was finalized that low customer satisfaction was mainly caused by the low reliability level of the products. Furthermore, the theoretic research revealed by many scholars?business cases in enterprises and trends in future related to business process reengineering have been introduced in this treatise. Through describing the previous reliability test and evaluation process by using the diagram model-building method, the procedures and activities which were not able to satisfy the customers' expectations of the product reliability were deeply analyzed. New reliability test and evaluation process is presented after comprehensive peer reviewing in A company, and the deployed conditions to implement the new process including organizational resource?facilities and cost activity-based are also detailed. By implementing this new process and collecting the expense of process?improvement on the product reliability data and profit earned from new process, thus the new process optimization evaluation was done from the aspects of cost and earnings after process re-shaping.
