In this paper, 2000- China's 31 provinces panel data regression model was established in2015, examines the Internet, the impact of financial development on poverty alleviation.Test results show that:(1) financial development on poverty alleviation can produce significant positive role in promoting; Development(2) Internet poverty alleviation are also significant positive role in promoting;(3) development of the Internet for financialobvious poverty reduction regulation, that the higher the level of development of the Internet area, bringing financial development poverty alleviation, the stronger the effect.Accordingly, to achieve a comprehensive poverty reduction plan, promote financial development, but also should pay attention to the development of Internet banking,two-pronged approach to achieve good anti-poverty effect.
