| In recent years,with the deepening of poverty alleviation work,the challenge of traditional financial poverty alleviation has become increasingly obvious.Financial poverty alleviation will mainly face a series of problems,such as precise poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation,sustainable development and financial inclusiveness.According to the data of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2017,the financial gap between agriculture,rural areas and farmers has reached 3.05 trillion yuan,and the problem of household credit has always been the obstacle to the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In this context,the emerging Internet financial poverty alleviation is particularly important.After 2016,more and more financial services carried out by Internet financial platforms involve agriculture,countryside and farmers.Among them,there are 335 P2 P online platforms for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and 29 P2 P online platforms.After 2017,the Internet financial policy environment has become tighter,but the focus is on the growing platform in the field of Internet finance for agriculture,countryside and farmers,the service industry has become increasingly diversified and business has continued to develop.This paper takes the Internet + e-commerce poverty alleviation model of the Ke su platform as a case to analyze the macro environment of the Internet financial assistance for the poor and the advantages of the micro enterprises themselves.The reason for choosing this case is that the Ke su platform financial poverty alleviation model innovates the previous e-commerce poverty alleviation model,and the effect of poverty alleviation is remarkable.With the rapid development of the Internet as the background,the two-way precise model of agricultural products upstream and rural finance downstream was developed.The model of Internet Finance + e-commerce poverty alleviation was put forward,which radiated 17 poverty-stricken counties and 74 administrative villages,assisted more than 500 households,including 11 households to set up archives,granted a total of 68.77 million yuan in agricultural loans,and assisted 93 agricultural enterprises and agricultural cooperatives.By using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and field investigation,this paper makes macro-and micro-analysis on the model and practice of poverty alleviation by Ke su platform,and finds out that it opens up innovative poverty alleviation model in the process of poverty alleviation,deeply integrates finance,industry and business,and participates in the practice according to the data of agricultural production,sales and farmers in poverty-stricken areas.We should carry out targeted poverty alleviation projects,change "blood transfusion" into "hematopoiesis",and help poor families get rid of poverty fundamentally.While affirming the effect of Ke su platform in poverty alleviation,we find that it faces some constraints,such as imperfect rural foundation,low level of agricultural product regulation,and credit reporting system to be strengthened.Through case analysis,it is concluded that in the process of Internet poverty alleviation,the state should improve rural infrastructure and strengthen the construction of credit information system;various Internet e-commerce platforms should innovate poverty alleviation model,formulate precise and operable poverty alleviation projects,introduce intelligent logistics and cold chain technology,establish strict wind control system and fine after-sales service.Finally,it provides practical suggestions for China's Internet financial poverty alleviation. |
