A Study On Energy Audit Method And Energy Saving Retrofitting Scheme Of Office Buildings

In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's building energy consumption, building energy audit and building energy saving retrofiting usher in a development opportunity. By conducting building energy audit, it can be scientific to analyze and manage building energy consumption. At the same time, building energy audit also lay the foundation for building energy saving retrofits.However, at the present stage energy audit was conducted primarily dependent on various types of building energy simulation software. Due to its internal model and formula are fixed and set up by software developer, the simulation software was not able to adapt to the specific circumstances of different types of buildings which leads to relatively large calculation error. The incorrect calculation results affected the effectiveness of energy audit, and even hindered the process of energy saving retrofitting projects. Therefore, to explore an energy audit method which is simplified, accurate and capable for different buildings had a very important significance.This paper introduced an office building energy audit method under the guidance of the relevant national norms. The method calculated office building energy consumption of lighting system and special equipment by using basic theorys. On the other hand, the energy consumption of HAVC system was calculated through computer software simulation and basic theorys. The calculation result of building total energy consumption must be checked by contrasting with the energy bills.In addition, several energy saving retrofitting scheme of office buildings were introduced. Based on office building energy consumption calculation method, the energy saving retrofitting schemes of office buildings were fully analyzed to fulfil the requirements of relevant norms.At last, after the energy audit and energy saving retrofitting project of an office building, a comparison was carried out between the calculated energy consumption and the measured energy consumption. The result shows that the energy audit method and energy saving retrofitting scheme of office buildings have good feasibility, effectiveness and accuracy.
