Research On The Coordinated Development Of Qingdao's Finance And New Urbanization

In 2015,National comprehensive pilot program of new urbanization has been issued, Qingdao was listed as one of the national comprehensive pilot areas,which brings Qingdao important strategic opportunities. The development of new urbanization covers the construction of infrastructure, the upgrading of the industrial structure, the equalization of public services, the improvement of resources and environment and other kinds of construction projects, which needs a huge demand for funds. It raises new requirements for financial industry, but also provide a broad space for financial development. Based on this, the article studied the interaction and coordination of Qingdao finance and new urbanization, aims to explore the coordination degree between the two, to find out the main influence factors, and to propose suggestions to promote coordinated development of finance and new urbanization in Qingdao.Based on the relative theories of finance and new urbanization, this paper analyze the present situation of the development of Qingdao finance and new urbanization comprehensively, select index system through factor analysis and study the coordination degree of Qingdao Finance and new urbanization development from 2000 to 2014 by coordination degree mode. Studies shows that the coordination degree has increased annually and has experienced three stages: a serious imbalance stage that the comprehensive level of finance and new urbanization are low and the degree of coordination between the two is negative; a transition stage that the development of finance and new urbanization has made obvious progress and the degree of coordination between the two changed from negative to positive; a highly coordinated stage that financial development and new urbanization quality has significantly improved and the degree of coordination between the two is positive and stable. Based on the empirical results, this paper proposed four suggestions: one is to play the function of policy finance and development finance, to help to achieve the new urbanization goal; the second is to improve multi-level financial system and to innovate financing channels, to meet the diverse demands for funds; the third is to change the traditional ideas, to pay attention to balancing urban and rural development, to take the road of urban-rural integration of new urbanization; the fourth is to put finance into the new urbanization plan, to ensure the coordinated and orderly development of Finance and new urbanization.
