With the development of economic globalization, the competition of Chinese automobile parts industry has become more and more fierce. China's auto market is becoming mature, the new normal situation is high base and low growth, which is going to replace the present rapid growth. Chinese market has become the key market due to its continuous growth. This thesis takes Y Company as research object, the purpose is to make development strategies and safeguards base on the external and internal environment analysis of Y Company.After ascertain the background and meaning of the research, this thesis uses PEST analysis and Porter's five force model to analysis the macro environment of auto parts industry, then creates overall development strategies with the help of SWOT analysis, AHP method, and SPACE matrix. On the basis of the above analysis, making further strategies on both business and function level. To ensure the strategies be implemented smoothly, this thesis puts forward suggestions of safeguard measures for production, marketing, human resource and operation.The research on Y Company's development strategies will have a profound effect on similar joint ventures in auto parts industry.
