Research On The Improvement Of Financial Management Mode Of A Fund Company

The fund management industry has special characteristics and mainly provides financial service to customers. In the twenty-first Century, with the leading of the application of computer technology, the Internet information technology is showing rapid development in China. The growing of Internet information technology has changed the business environment of fund companies, it has also changed the financial management environment and objectives in A fund company, it has also provided a wider space for the improvement and innovation of fund companies' financial management mode.In this paper, A fund company as an example was studied for the existing problems and improvement regarding to current financial management mode. A fund company belongs to open fund management company, the current financial management mode is mainly centralized, A fund company is faced with many problems around financial management. Therefore, the study of improvement for financial management mode in A fund company is necessary for both theoret ical and practical application. In this paper, the current status and problems of financial management mode in A fund company were studied in details basis on a large amount of literature resources, the improvement demand of financial management mode was analyzed, and worked out the improvement scheme and relevant optimized plans for an improving and collaborating financial management mode in A fund company basis on the supporting of current mature informatization technology. Finally, the expectation of the improvement of financial management model in A fund company was analyzed.The study of improvement of financial management model in A fund company, is to provide reference for the improvement of financial management in the future, and also to provide some reference to other fund companies which have similar financial management environment.
