Applied Research Of Lean Management On Production Line In W Company

It plays very important role for lean production and it is key operation in a manufacturing company. A good company must have good production process, it helps company to optimize operation management expense and production cost, can improve production capacity and product quality.This thesis analyzed problem of JIT which happened nowadays in 30 XR production line in W Company. Firstly, some current work station meet problem in balance production and become bottleneck station accordingly, it cannot afford more and more high output and meet the market demand in the future years. It cannot meet company's expectation for existing takt time so that it need to optimize. Secondly, low quality level in production line, bad quality performance in FPY(First Pass Yield), which increase rework and complain from customer.Taking 30XR500 product as example in balance production and quality problem in 2014, in balance production optimization we analyze target takt time and corresponding bottleneck operation station based on capacity dema nd in the future years. We take action like improving operation method and procedure to improve balance production up to 20%, meet capacity demand for 30 XR production line in future years. In improving quality performance, we take advantage of FPY which is key quality performance tool to detect main factor that influence production line, take detail measures to improve quality performance to make FPY up to 98% stably. Finally management of W company will carry out a series of measures like staff training pl an and TQM(Total Quality Management) in company culture and operation system to make sure 30 XR production line improve constantly and ensure it continue to keep powerful competitive strength in the market.
