Comparing to ordinary team, the entrepreneurial team is extremely fragile and instability, and it’s a special organization form, more and more enterprises begin to use this form. At present, the research on the trust relationship of the entrepreneurial team and the turnover intention which affected by the trust relationship also attracted more attention in the academic community. The trust relationship on entrepreneurial teams refers to the managers found and conduct an new venture together during the growth process, and become a kind of subjective judgment to each other’s behavior among the senior management members. Although the academic community have more research on the entrepreneurial team trust, the research on the trust relationship differences of entrepreneurial team is less. Therefore, this paper takes the members of the entrepreneurial team as the main object, and the trust relationship of the entrepreneurial team can be divided into two dimensions:cognition-based trust and affect-based trust, to study the team trust difference of great practical significance.In this paper, based on the208valid questionnaires, using SPSS19.0statistical tool to analysis the sample data, through the empirical study and the conclusion is:(1)cognition-based trust has no difference on the entrepreneurial members’gender, affect-based trust have a significant difference on the entrepreneurial members’gender;(2)cognition-based trust have a significant difference on the entrepreneurial members’different age, affect-based trust have no difference on the entrepreneurial members’ different age;(3)cognition-based trust has a significant difference on the entrepreneurial members’different tenure, affect-based trust also have a significant difference on the entrepreneurial members’different tenure;(4)cognition-based trust have a significant difference on the entrepreneurial members’different education affect-based trust have no difference on the entrepreneurial members’different education;(5)cognition-based trust have a significant difference on the entrepreneurial members’ different position, affect-based trust have no difference on the entrepreneurial members’ different position;(6)Cognition-based trust has a significant negative correlation with the entrepreneurial members’turnover intention, affect-based trust has no significant negative correlation with the entrepreneurial members’turnover intention.
