Chinese Fiberboard output in 2012 was 55,544,632 cubic meters, increase of 13.08%. Review of fiberboard development process, analyze fiberboard industrial production and export trade situation, we will find fiberboard export trade is in the internal and external problems, there is a shortage of material resources constraints, structural surplus products, product quality is not high and deterioration in trading conditions exist. I have engaged in fiberboard exports for many years; also have a profound experience for these problems. To do this, how to solve the difficulties encountered, fiberboard exports out of the predicament has become a serious problem.I use SWOT analysis found that there are increasingly tense the supply of raw materials, low industrial concentration, the lower grade of products, shortage talented person and other weaknesses, and there are cost advantages declining, green barriers to foreign and trade protection measures continue to strengthen, the single market risk and other threats. Proposed fiberboard products export enterprises in China should step up product innovation, strengthen the management of foreign exchange risk, and improve the export early warning mechanism to overcome trade barriers and efforts to open up new markets and a series of suggestions. And I have combined with the empirical analysis of HY Company, so that the combination of theory and practice.
