| Health management of employees is one of a basis of the economic development of enterprises. Nowadays enterprises of each industry deeply realize the key and importance of protecting the health of occupational groups. Enterprises attach more and more importance to the management of occupational health. This paper investigates the current status of occupational health of C Company, finds out the main problems of occupational health, combines with the practical situation of employees’ occupation health, analyzes and evaluates the result, formulates interventions, confirms the improvement effects after a series of activities, builds effective and practical occupational health management system, and caters the requirements of human resources management of modern enterprises.Through the expansion of discussion of the related background and developing trend of occupational health management, this paper puts forward the purpose and significance of improving occupational health management, illustrates the importance of occupational health management respectively from the aspects of sustainable development, human resources management and promotion of individual consciousness of the company. And on the basis of related concept of occupational health management, this paper explains the reasons and application of related concept in enterprises, and affirms the positive influence that occupational health management has in the process of development of enterprises. Through understanding current status of occupational health of C Company, adopting the method of questionnaire survey, this paper conducts a study on 100 employees of production system. The result shows that the main hazard factor of occupational health of C Company is the hazard of noise. The main reason is concluded from three aspects of imperfect working environment, lack of company management system, weak consciousness of self-protection. Rectification measures are made for the above reasons, after rectification measures such as improvement of workshop craft, implementation of management system, and strengthening of staff training, survey should be made on the same respondents with the same questionnaire, and the improvement effects should be evaluated. At the end of survey, the respondents know much about related regulations and protection knowledge of hazards of occupational health. Survey of satisfaction of occupational health is carried out with a series of activities of the interventions of improving occupational health. Hazard factors of occupational health of C Company gets standardized control, which reduces the negative effects that hazard factors have on employees’ health. Through the improvement activities of occupational health management, employees’ knowledge level of occupational health is significantly improved, so is employees’ satisfaction. C Company further broadens the scope and contents of occupational health management on the basis of establishing and perfecting the goal and evaluation system of occupational health management, carries out different occupational health controls according to different post groups, in order to protect employees’ occupational health and improve the quality of human resources management and level of enterprise management. |
