As the state environmental protection policy more strict, the light truck industry products technology upgrading bring overall market turmoil, the increasing competition in the industry. DFQS company as light truck sales company, ranking is declining, has been weak, because of the light truck industry whole environment changing frequently, the increasingly competitive in the industry, entrants menacing, substitution industry being developing rapidly. In the face of such situation, this article from the company’s internal and external environment, and light industry analysis, aimed at strengthening DFQS company’s overall competitiveness, reverse company.To customer segmentation theory and market forecast theory this paper, SWOT analysis theory, the theory of porter five analysis and 4 ps marketing strategy theory and marketing theory as the foundation, combining DFQS company industry and their own reality, system research and analysis of the current situation of company to reverse the marketing strategies required. This paper first analyzes the customer segmentation of light truck industry status, the movements of light truck industry as a whole, make the predictive judgment with the state of the light truck market. And then combined with the condition of the company, the company carries on the SWOT analysis, find out the company face the external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknesses. Looking for suitable for the company’s marketing strategy, and is suitable for the state of the company is now reverse type company marketing strategy. Finally to DFQS company marketing work from the aspects of products, channel, promotion, price, customer, business aspects and so on six aspects put forward concrete proposals, effectively take advantage of market opportunities and the internal resources, from the aspects of internal marketing strategy method for maximum improve DFQS main marketing company’s existing problems, the company’s market competitiveness and provide effective reference.
