With thecontinuous development of China’s rural economy, the rural marketdemand for finance increasing, rural credit cooperatives play an important role inthelong-term support of the "three rural" in the.Beginning in2003, is facing a newround of rural credit cooperatives reform of rural credit cooperatives established thefirst legal provincial and county levels,and gradually shift torural commercial banksand rural cooperative banks.With the deepening of financial reform, rural creditcooperatives, opportunities and challenges, with the Agricultural Bank ofChina,Postal Savings Bank, the new ruralcooperative organizations gradual deepingof rural financial markets,long-term monopoly of rural credit cooperatives facecooperatives face enormous competitive pressures,threatened by the gradualloss ofcompetitiveness.For Jining credit cooperatives, the problemis moreprominentontheurgent need forstrategic thinking, market positioning, business model, marketingstrategy,toplanningand conductingmarket segmentation,scientific orientation,so as toachieve a profit,mitigate risks,improve the comprehensive competitiveness ofpurpose,provide better financial sevice for the city’s economic development.Taking Credit for the study of Jining City, Jining City Credit Union on thedevelopment of in-depth analysis, firstly that the macro-environment and industrydevelopment environment be analyzed from two aspects of the external environment,and in-depth analysis of the current situation and the internal development of ruralcredit cooperatives problems to arrive at its development strengths and weaknesses.Further found that customer needs through market research questionnaires way, thefinal status of Jining City for rural credit cooperatives, problems and customerdemand, market segmentation and targeted market positioning, made from fiveaspects of their marketing strategy.
