Research On Effect On Builder Safety Awareness Based On Social Network

The number of employees in the construction industry, is the second only behind manufacturing industries. However, the construction process is complex, and then the construction site has become a place of high incidence of accidents, so the safety management of co nstruction workers has been concern in the community. To reduce accidents at the construction site, researchers have focused on technology applied to construction safety and how to improve the efficiency of safety education training start in recent years. However, the safety of social networks can promote construction workers' safety communication, and improve the level of safety awareness. Most of the construction workers are migrant workers, with the features of large mobility, strong regional, sparse social networks and other, which is not conducive to construction safety management.This paper firstly introduces safety problems and the status quo of building construction, and analyzes the characteristics of construction workers' safety awareness, internal and external factors on the impact of construction workers' safety awareness, the structure of construction workers' safety awareness, and then proposed safety awareness evaluation system. Secondly, it is presented to the basic concepts of social networking, calculating the index and application requirements of social network analysis methods, analyze the characteristics of building workers' social networks, and analyze their network structure from three levels combined with a case. Then, using the group dynamics theory and interpersonal influence theory, to analyze the impact of social networks on the safety awareness of construction workers, and propose networks infectious factor concept by making use of social metrology social, and to establish safety awareness infectious mathematical model. In addition, construction workers in several large sites in Wuhan as the object, combined with the requirements of the theory, to prepare the relationship between network and security awareness questionnaire s urvey and field research using the method field interviews combining with questionnaire. Finally, SPSS software is used for the data of construction workers' safety awareness infectious model to test validity of the questionnaire, analyze the significant o f factor impact on safety awareness and multiple regression.Studies have shown that construction workers safety awareness infectious model is valid, and social networks affect the construction workers' safety awareness, in addition to the emotional network and work network construction are positively safety awareness and its dimension, but also correlated with construction workers level of education, their job. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to strengthen social networks among the internal construction workers, for the improvement of the safety awareness of construction workers to improve the status of the safety of construction workers.
