Company DZLH is an automobile manufacturing industry group company, each sub-enterprise provides the necessary service for the entire vehicle manufacturers in almost the entire industry chain. However, due to the supply of auto parts manufacturing and related services require a certain infrastructure and fixed asset investment, so the intensive of the automotive industry park came into being. the investment process of the enterprise is a kind of resource allocation process to forecast the unknown future demand and carry out the product production, which is affected by social, economic and environmental factors, including but not limited to the large amount of investment, long construction period, low liquidity, and poor liquidity. All this determines the high risk of the project of the automobile industry.Therefore, it is necessary to study the risk management of the industrial park investment project in order to expand the industrial efficiency of the automobile enterprises, so as to successfully promote the rapid development of the automotive industry. So, it is important to identify and evaluate the risk of this kind of investment pro jects. In view of the risk management of the industrial par k investment project of company DZLH, this paper mainly studies the following four aspects.First, this paper analyzes the background and purpose of the study, and then leads to the study significance, content, methods and technical route of the article, and summarizes the relevant study results of the predecessors, including the study of the investment risk management and Vague set theory.Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of DZLH company's industrial park project, the characteristics of the project are summarized, and the existing problems in the process of project analysis are put forward. Then the risk factors of investment projects in the industrial park are analyzed and identified, and the index system of risk evaluation is established.Subsequently, the risk evaluation model of industrial park investment projects based on Vague set is established, and the risk level I and risk level II of the project are obtained by the analysis of the project and the risk of the project, then we get the risk level of the project and the risk level of the main risk factors. This method can enhance the information processing ability in the uncertain environment, and thus can really reflect t he expression of the information.Finally, the response measures of risk management in investment projects the company DZLH industrial park are put forward from the macro level and micro level, mainly focus on the analysis of risk response measures of the micro level risk factors.
