Research On Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of Guangxi Automobile Industrial Cluster From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

With the development trend of economic globalization, in order to promote the development of regional economy and improve industry competitiveness, countries around the world on the importance of this development pattern of industrial clusters gradually increased, and as the automobile industry with relevant and systematic, has become the basic trends in the development of industrial clusters. Auto industrial cluster through geographical concentration, cluster enterprises falling within the detailed division of labour, improving production efficiency, while reducing costs and enhancing reaction speed to market, and to improve the competitiveness of the automotive industry.Guangxi automobile industry as one of the eight pillar industries, plays an important role in the economic development of Guangxi. In recent years, Guangxi has made great achievements in the automobile and automobile engine manufacturing, and to rely on the development of special vehicles, truck and car parts and other related industries, the formation of the core of Liuzhou, Yulin, Nanning, Guilin around with a certain scale of automobile industry cluster and its surrounding, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, further strengthening the construction of automobile R & D system, production system and supply sales system. In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain, in-depth and systematic research on the competitiveness of Guangxi automobile industrial cluster. Through the qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, objective and accurate evaluation on the competitiveness of Guangxi automobile industrial cluster, and puts forward the related countermeasure and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of automobile industrial cluster, has very important significance to the development of Guangxi automobile industry cluster.This paper describes the concepts of supply chain and industrial clusters, to identify the relationship between the two, and the use of supply chain thinking to analyze the formation of industrial clusters. Factors affecting the competitiveness of industrial clusters in the perspective of the supply chain and to establish evaluation index of industrial clusters competitiveness. Then the status quo automotive industry cluster development of Guangxi analysis, using the idea of the supply chain described in Guangxi automobile industry cluster formation pathway, development status and characteristics, and identify shortcomings which place. Guangxi advantages for the automobile industry clusters are: regional support for the automotive industry, the advantages of related and supporting industries, industry professionals and research capabilities of advantages. Guangxi hinder its automobile industry cluster development factors: weak R & D capabilities and lack of core technology, international competitiveness is weak and so on. Finally, according to collected data obtained by constructing an evaluation model on the automobile industry cluster competitiveness, using principal component analysis of the industrial cluster competitiveness analysis and evaluation. Guangxi proposed industrial cluster development policy measures, such as increasing the supply chain core business strength, increasing supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises such as to enhance the competitiveness of the automotive industry cluster by the function of government.
